Great water softener system in my house, over 4000 SF and 6 family members, so far working very well. Mr. Wagner is very professional/reachable/knowledgeable once I have any concerns on the water system. The product filtered water is very tasty for coffee and tea. I tested and compared the difference by a handheld digital TDS. The result had shocked me as the unfiltered water is so harmful with so many chemical there.
As first time homeowners we came to realize very quickly that anything that “can” happen, will happen with a new house. We had been in our home for about a week before we noticed that the water wasn't coming out hot but lukewarm, and at times not even coming out warm. Our pilot light wouldnt stay lit and we were worried about Carbon Monoxide building up in the house. Tim and his guys came highly recommended to us. They are professional, flexible, expeditious and definitely know what they’re doing! They came out and did an estimate for us and were very transparent. They didn't push us to replace our water heater but were realistic about what problems we could run into down the road with just replacing a part. We opted to replace it and they didn’t charge nearly half of what we anticipated it to be. They removed our old water heater and left no mess. We are so happy and would recommend Wagner Water Systems to anyone needing their water heater serviced or replaced!!!

We have had Wagner out to trouble shoot our 22+ year old water softener. They were amazing. Tried a few things that helped, but ultimately we needed a new softener. They replaced it quickly and removed the old one. No mess was left behind. They did not pressure us to replace it. They were sincere in trying to keep the old one running. Once replaced, they showed me why the old one was no longer working like it should. The prices were very good. Staff was wonderful. Very pleased with Wagner Water Systems.
